Powers Interactive Inc. is an English Learning Center that not only provides training for job applicants. We go the extra mile by helping our trained applicants get placed in high paying call center jobs.

Job Applicant/Trainee

For job applicants, we offer English training programs that will enhance your knowledge and skills in English communication. Our programs cover the important areas such as Grammar, Listening and Reading Comprehension with Situational scenarios to practice English usage. Thus, the courses are not only useful in the call center environment but in other career paths that you may want to pursue. Aside from this, our courses are affordable and can be accessed online so you can learn at your own pace and at your own time.

The Recruitment Process

Job applicants are required to take an English Assessment Test to evaluate their existing skill level. Based on your score, your will be required to complete a course targeting your low-scoring skills. After each course, you are evaluated to ensure that you have gained the necessary knowledge and skills from your training before you are allowed to proceed to the next step in your job application.

When you apply, you may qualify in any of our Four Jobs Path depending on the results of your assessment test.

The Placement Process

During the Placement Process, Powers Interactive personnel will provide all the applicant’s documents needed for our corporate partners’ hiring process. These include:

• Resume
• Summary Grading Sheet
• Endorsement Letter

Call Center Company Partner

We provide our call center company partners with qualified applicants to service their man power needs. Our training focuses on all the important aspects of English communication skills with online lessons and classroom training; thus, ensuring that applicants who go through our training will be well-equipped to perform in the call center environment.

Internet Cafe Affiliate

In accordance with our goal to create a network of opportunities, we also provide an affiliate system for internet café’s who wish to make their facilities available to our job applicants. As our affiliate, you can earn even as you help job applicants conduct their training online. As more job applicants access their lessons in your facility, you get more opportunities to earn. The Four Jobs Path

An applicant can qualify for any of the Four Jobs Path. Applicants who qualify for Job Path I will complete their training until they qualify for Job Path IV where they will be placed for jobs with our corporate partners.  

Job Path I
Online Center-Based Training: Minimum 200 Hours of Web-Based English Training

You are required to complete a minimum of 200 hours of online English training. It is your responsibility to complete the hours required for taking the program. To start your online training, just follow these steps:

1. Choose an Online Training Center (Internet Cafe) near your area.
2. Proceed to an Affiliate Internet Café in your area or any Learning Center to purchase your Access Key worth Php1,000.00.
3. Once Access Key is activated, login to your learning panel and proceed with your Training at the agreed schedule.
4. Pass the Exit Exam to proceed to the next Jobs Path.

The Exit Interview serves as a measure to test the knowledge you have gained from the program. Depending on your score, you may be recommended to proceed to any of the next three (3) Jobs Path or you may need to take extra hours for any course that you did not pass.

Job Path II
Online Center-Based Training: Minimum of 120 Hours Web-Based English Training

You are required to complete a minimum of 120 hours of Online English Training. It is your responsibility to complete the hours required for taking the program. To start your online training, just follow these steps:

1. Choose an Online Training Center (Internet Cafe) near your area.
2. Proceed to an Affiliate Internet Café in your area or any Learning Center to purchase your Access Key worth Php1,000.00.
3. Once Access Key is activated, login to your learning panel and proceed with your Training at the agreed schedule.
4. Pass the Exit Exam to proceed to the next Jobs Path.

The Exit Interview serves as a measure to test the knowledge you have gained from the program. Depending on your score, you can be recommended to the next Jobs Path or you may need to take extra hours for any course that you did not pass.

Job Path III
Classroom-Based Training: Minimum 100 Hours of Classroom-Based English Training with Access to Over 300 Hours of Online Training Materials

You are required to complete a minimum of 100 hours of Classroom-Based English Training with online training lessons to supplement your learning. It is your responsibility to complete the hours required for taking the program. To start your online training, just follow these steps:

1. Choose a Learning Center near your area and schedule an Entry Interview date and time.
2. Proceed to the Learning Center and Pass the Entry Interview.
3. Pay your Enrollment Fee worth Php4,000.00 and Php250.00 for your Employment Kit at the Learning Center.
4. Schedule your classes at the Learning Center.
5. Proceed with your Training at the agreed schedule.
6. Pass the Exit Interview to proceed to the next Jobs Path.

The Entry Interview is conducted to ensure that you have acquired thorough knowledge of the lessons in your previous courses. If you do not pass the Entry Interview, the Learning Center Administrator will recommend that you take extra hours to review and learn the parts of the course where you failed. When you have done so, you will then proceed to take the Entry Interview and pass it to proceed to Jobs Path IV.

As in the previous Jobs Paths, the Exit Interview serves as a measure to test the knowledge you have gained from the previous program. Depending on your score, you can be recommended to the next Jobs Path or you may need to take extra hours for any course that you did not pass.

Job Path IV
Direct Placement with Industry Partners

You are now ready to be endorsed for a job to that matches your qualification with the requirements of our Corporate Partners. To prepare you for the hiring process, you are required to accomplish the following:

1. Complete and update your resume.
2. Prepare the necessary documents in your Employment Kit.
3. Attend extra class(es) as recommended by your Learning Center Administrator or Teacher.
4. Attend the Placement Orientation at your Learning Center prior to actual job interview.

As you can see, the Powers Interactive staff will help you every step of the way to prepare you for your job. If you are not hired upon your first endorsement, you may still be recommended to other companies whose requirements match your qualifications.
